REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Hevana Private Limited, we design and manufacture our garments with a strong focus on quality, fit, and sustainability. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Size & Fit Returns Accepted (With Conditions)

We accept returns or exchanges only for size and fit issues, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Unworn

    • With original tags intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preference

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer (other than size)

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive a product different from what you ordered

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition


4. Exchange & Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we may offer:

    • An exchange (preferred), or

    • A refund to the original payment method

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider


5. Return Shipping

  • For size & fit returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping cost


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled


7. Non-Returnable Items (Summary)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products returned after the allowed time window

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products without original tags or packaging
